Thank you for shopping at Arizer.net. By placing an order on our website you agree to the terms set forth below along with Arizer’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Standard Return Policy
We believe you’ll be very happy with your new purchase! Arizer products are designed to be highly efficient and incredibly easy to use, manufactured to the highest standards with the highest quality components, and backed by a solid manufacturer’s warranty & industry-leading customer service.
However, we understand that you may change your mind or that circumstances can change unexpectedly, so we are happy to accept returns of new/unused parts and products that were ordered directly from Arizer.net, for up to one (1) month from the date of purchase.
Prior to returning any orders you must Contact Us for instructions. Please provide your order number along with the details of your request.
Upon receiving an authorized return we will confirm the order contents are new/unused and then we will issue a refund (less shipping & handling costs) based upon the original payment method.
In addition, please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:
- Used parts and products
- Batteries (new or used)
- Damaged / defective products
- Parts and products that were not ordered directly from Arizer.net
If you experience an issue with one of our products we will gladly assist you with troubleshooting and arrange warranty service as necessary. For troubleshooting assistance send us an email to service@arizer.com and provide us with a description of the problem, your full name, your shipping address, the serial number on the bottom of your device, and a copy of your sales receipt.
Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
Arizer reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the Arizer.net website at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. All prices shown are in U.S. dollars and all payments are processed in U.S. dollars at our headquarters in Canada. When paying by Credit Card, your bank or credit card issuer may charge you additional fees. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer if you have any questions regarding these fees.
Order Acceptance/Confirmation
Arizer may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. Arizer may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your online order we’ll send you an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify Arizer’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. Arizer reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Arizer cancels an order after you have already been billed, Arizer will refund the billed amount.
The Arizer.net website sells and ships products to end-user customers only, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.
Changing / Cancelling Orders
We do our best to process orders promptly and in most cases we are unable to cancel or make changes to an order after it has been paid for. Please review your order and be sure you’re ordering what you want before you pay. If you have any questions about an order you placed, please send an email to service@arizer.com and provide your order number along with the details of your request. We will do our best to accommodate if possible.
Damaged Orders
Please note that glass parts are not covered under warranty, but if you place an order on the Arizer website and receive it containing broken glass parts, please send an email to: service@arizer.com, provide us with your order number and a digital photograph of the broken part(s) you received, and we will work with you to resolve any issues.
Exchanges / Upgrades
We do not offer product exchanges or upgrades, but if you have ordered something from Arizer.net in error that is new / unused, you can return it for a refund and then you can place a new order for what you need.
Product Availability and Limitations
At times we may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Arizer reserves the right to change or limit quantities available for purchase at any time.
Age Verification
Arizer.com uses AgeChecker to verify the age of our customers as may be required by various state and/or federal laws. AgeChecker securely stores your date of birth, name, and address, so you can be verified for future purchases without photo ID. Authorized Retailers
Our products are sold by hundreds of retailers worldwide and the list of retailers is constantly changing, so we do not publish an active list of Authorized Retailers. If you have any questions about a specific retailer please send us an email to: service@arizer.com, and provide us with a link to the retailer(s) you are considering.
Wholesale Purchases / Quantity Discounts
We offer wholesale pricing to established and newly registered businesses alike. Please contact us with details by sending us an email to: sales@arizer.com.
Rates & Delivery
On our Secure Checkout page you’ll see your shopping cart summary, shipping options, and payment options. The shipping cost is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order. Delivery standards listed are estimates (not guaranteed) and are based on when an order is shipped, not when an order is placed. Please note that weekends and Holidays are not considered business days.
$60.00 Flat Fee Shipping for all orders
Import duties / Customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping & handling cost. Import duties / Customs fees may be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these will be.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping notification email from Arizer when your order has been shipped. UPS Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to display tracking details. Once you receive the shipping notification email you can review your order, download your invoice, and find the tracking (if applicable) in the “My Account” section of your customer account by clicking “My Account” on our shop.
Missed or Late Delivery
If your selected shipping option states “Signature Required” and you are not home when delivery is attempted a notice will be left in your mailbox or on your door. All contact information and/or instructions for retrieving the shipment can be found on the notice card. If your selected shipping option does not state “Signature Required” and you are not home when delivery is attempted the package will be left in your mailbox or at your door.
Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by events beyond Arizer’s control once it leaves our warehouse, Arizer cannot be held liable for late deliveries but we will work with you to ensure a smooth delivery. The delivery of orders is the responsibility of the shipping company not Arizer, but if the estimated delivery time has passed, send us an email to: service@arizer.com and provide your order number along with the details of your request so we may assist you.
